A judge has recommended Jack Thompson be permanently disbarred. Game Politics has the 169 page pdf, and their site is getting hammered. In addition to disbarment she is recommending about $44,000 worth of fines to cover the disciplinary costs. Ouch.
I saw a few stories about the PS3 version of Soul Calibur IV requiring a 2+ gig install. At this point I’m just going to throw in the towel. You’ll need to install just about any PS3 game that’s worth it’s weight. This is most likely a limitation on the bus between the blu-ray drive and the core processor. This has been widely discussed by fanboys on both sides of the fence; so I won’t go into any greater detail.
